Creating and editing draws requires the accounting or system_admin role.

No canonical keys are known yet from assignments or draws. Enter an exact spine key. Assign a sub to a job first so draw lines have someone to line.

Statutory paper guidance

Tell the sub, per job, what to write as “your customer” and “the owner.” Leave a field blank when you do not know it — the blanks stay the sub’s job. These names are not written onto the statutory PDF.

Setting paper guidance requires assignment.manage (accounting, compliance_admin, or system_admin).
